Building Use Guidelines

COMMUNITY DAYS

iFamily Leadership Academy (iFamily) and Christ Community Church (CCC) are in no way affiliated with one another. iFamily holds a rental agreement with CCC for the use of their facility on our weekly community day as well as special events such as performances and meetings.

Building Use Guidelines: Welcome

  1. No children in the parking areas unless going to or from a vehicle

  2. No pets in the building except service animals per Pet Policy.

  3. No climbing on trees, fences, walls, etc.

  4. No playing in flower beds.

  5. No rock throwing or rocks on lawn.

  6. No scooters, roller blades, bicycles, or wheeled toys in the building.

  7. No children in the Worship Center (MPR) room unless participating in class. If the Worship Center is used - no children on stage unless by agreement and no climbing on stacks of chair.

  8. Ladies lounge area and nursery are off limits unless covered by agreement.

  9. Maintain reasonable noise level in the building.

  10. Users should read and understand the fire exit plans posted in each room.

  11. Users shall read and understand the emergency plan posted in each room.

  12. Users will exhibit proper and respectful use of rooms, furniture, and equipment including doors and windows.

  13. No children are allowed in or near the irrigation ditch on the west boundary of the property.

  14. User(s) will pay for damages to the facility or furniture.

  15. User will sign Hold Harmless Agreement and have insurance for activity, if required by Facility Use Agreement.

  16. No alcohol on premises, and no smoking in building.
